History of Food and Agriculture (HFA)

HFA points at the importance of the history of food and agriculture in understanding the emergence of modern agriculture and public resistance toward industrial farming. The lecture discusses the evolution of agriculture and its impact on social structures, human health and the environment from an anthropological, a cultural, a political and a technological point of view.
